Exchanges and returns
Madame Pivot offers its customers the possibility to exchange or return a purchased item, provided that the item has not been used or damaged and that the protective film under the sole has not been removed.
If you wish to exchange or return one or more items, please contact us within 10 working days after having received them and we will give you all the information on how to proceed.
The shipping fees of the returned goods will be on the customer. Once the items have been received in good conditions, Madame Pivot will proceed with the exchange or refund, which includes the sales amount paid by the customer and the initial shipping costs.
