Production updates

It has been several months now that our production has been suffering, during which you have been enduring its ever longer delays. The shoe factory of which we were now the only customers after the forced pause due to the pandemic decided to close its doors suddenly, without room for negotiation nor possibility of an extension.

We were even denied the opportunity to collect the shoes that were ready, let alone those under the production process. The factory warehouse is full of materials we own that we don't yet know if and when we will be able to recover. All our efforts aimed at supporting their production line over the last 3 years - such as our advance payments to guarantee a salary to the employees and our endless patience in the face of increasingly longer delivery times and manufacture choices unfavorable to us - have not been enough.

However, faced with this sudden and forced closure, we are not discouraging and are accelerating the process of creating our own independent production, a plan which was already in place due to the circumstances. The new shoe factory, completely owned by us, should already be operational in July.

Thanks to your support, Madame Pivot has positioned itself solidly in a niche market that we can consider a big family. We hope we can continue to count on your support to overcome this complicated moment; it will be an honor to keep working hard to satisfy your requests and expectations.
