Short or long ankle strap?
Some time ago we decided to produce some of our iconic models with a longer strap, so that our customers could decide whether to wear it double crossed around their ankle or just cut it and keep wearing it as a single strap, as they used to. The long strap versions were called DUS, until this distinction became a bit complicated and started creating confusion.
Now when buying one of these versatile models you can simply select the type of strap you want during the online purchase process. For the undecided, we suggest to go for the long strap and then maybe cut it later on along the marked stitching found exactly in the middle of the strap.
You should just pay attention when you choose shoes from the "discontinued" or "special offers" sections of our website: remember to check the photo, as these shoes are no longer in our catalogue and some of them come with a short strap!
